Provenance Hydrating Body Balm can be used in many different ways. Use it to massage away joint pain or tired, tense muscles, as a lip balm, cuticle cream or heel and elbow treatment. The aroma of the Lavender Essential oil is well known to improve the quality of sleeping, it reduces anxiety and emotional stress, helps with the healing of burns and wounds, restores skin complexion and reduces acne,is a powerful antioxidants, it improves eczema and psoriasis and is known to alleviate headaches.

To use the balm, scoop a walnut size amount from the jar with the back of your thumb nail and rub it between your palms until it has melted. Pat the balm over the areas of the body to be moisturised, then commence massaging into the skin with a gentle, upwards, circular motion. Continue massaging until absorbed. If there is still unabsorbed balm on the skin, pat with a tissue to remove the excess.
